We live in a rapidly changing society where it is essential for your learners and everybody to have the capacity to act upon opportunities and ideas, to work with others, to manage dynamic careers and shape the future for the common good. For this reason the European Commission has developed EntreComp: the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework as a reference framework to explain what is meant by an entrepreneurial mindset.
Creativity
An Entrepreneur must be at all times creative in order to ensure that the business they are going to start is something new that the general public will be drawn to and actually fills in existing gaps of the current entrepreneurial sphere. To do that one can start tackling their creativity in multiple ways. - Give your learners constructive error feedback and help them to learn from it.
- Help your learners to become independent learners, by giving them the necessary study strategies.
